Deviance is a dutch melodic deathmetal band.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Deviance was formed in September of 2005. Danny and Edwin met each other on their new school, and realised very fast that they both had the same influences and musical taste.
They both wanted to form a melodic death metal band, serious enough to play live on a regular basis.
Edwin already knew Rik for a couple of years and from a previous band, so he was brought in as a bass player. Also Danny's girlfriend Lilian joined on vocals.
In may 2006, Jelle joined Deviance on drums.
After the first show in Bibelot, Dordrecht in september 2006, they gained a lot of positive reactions.
Currently Deviance is working on their first demo-cd, which is ready to be released.
