Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've played with many bands in the past 18 years. Now I seem to mostly work alone, and then pick up a band when the songs come together, and then play.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I usually play live throughout the year all along the west coast. I play everywhere, but I enjoy a nice venue with a good sound system.
Your musical influences
I enjoy songs by Ben Lee, Ben Kweller, Glen Phillips, Ryan Adams (new stuff), Coldplay, Garrison Starr, Evan Dando. I also love to listen to live indie such as, pretty girls make graves, sleater kinney.
There are so many good bands that are not on the radio, so when I find those acts, I get excited to get their music to learn about how they write. I usually listen to them over and over again until I gather something new for myself.
