Dennis Holmes
Dennis Holmes has been professionally performing for 25 years, from his days in garage bands and in nightclubs, to opening up for national acts, and recording radio jingles for businesses across the U.S. Throughout the years Dennis has consistently pleased his audiences with his amazing vocal, acoustic guitar and song writing abilities, playing in larger venues as well as intimate nightclub settings.
His original music which has been released through Quickstar Productions on their Chill Out series, has received national air time on radio stations across the U.S.
Originally hailing from Pennsylvania, he started his professional career at age 16, singing in bars and clubs with older musicians, sometimes even having to sneak past the doorman to get in. Jumping from band to band as a front man/vocalist and not really making his way, Dennis honed his acoustic guitar skills and set out to make a living performing as a solo act. That act would have him performing in England, Spain, Denmark, Norway, The U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as the United States over the next 15 years.
In 2008 he moved to the beautiful small Fjord town of Haines, Alaska where he constructed his own recording studio and continued to record his own music, but still wasn’t as satisfied as when he was performing live.
In 2009 he left Haines and jumped back into touring full time and continues to perform music around the world.
