I enjoyed listening to your song "Obstruction"....a nice groove, i love that instrumental...and your voice goes perfect with the music...you got what it takes...keep up the great work in netherlands! Hi Dun,
This is the end version (I think) with live drums etc.. also with a new base line. The older version was not the definitive one. We are still working on an album. Hope to finish this in 2005 and hopefully we will be able to release it in Holland. I also have some new songs, you can find them at www.alisemusic.com, so we are still trying to hang on:-)

Delise I listened to three of your songs. Obstruction was the most commercial but the least intersting for me. Ways was beautiful. I think you could have substituted the snare for a softer percussion though..
Control is just perfect, love the dynamics, the use of soft latin rythms, beautiful voice, beautiful lyrics, just touches a certain mood that I can not even start to explain.

At this moment we are finishing these songs and hopefully there will be an album ready in 6 months. I hope that the people in Holland like it as much as you do. I hope to get some contacts in Amerika and the UK.
I think that my music has a better chance over there than in Holland but I will keep on trying:-)
And sure, I would be glad to listen to one of your songs and give you my opinion. Wich song is it?

Thanks for your support.I did not know Fiona Apple but somebody mentioned it to me before, I checked out her website, great stuff there but nothing really recent.
At this moment I am finishing 6 new songs. The songs you have listened to are demo. I am really trying to release my album. It is very difficult to get a contract or financial support:-( but I will get there!
I will let you know when I upload new songs and when you can buy my cd:-)

These are great songs, and your voice has character to it. Beyond your named influences, I can hear traces of Fiona Apple and Portishead. If you had a cd, I would most definitly buy it.

If any given army were to use your voice as a weapon, the enemy would sink to their knees at the first few notes.
"Control" in particular has the makings of a classic, I love the bass on the chorus. The general feel, for me, is of warm and lazy weekends in the country and if you can achieve that in the middle of winter, you must be doing something right.
But your voice is something special. Handle with care!
