Delegation
Delegation is a group of Brothas that sang at a local church indivually and God brought them together to form a most unique Gospel Quartet sound. The Brothas? Rev Curtis Parker, Rev Daryl Morris, Rev Bill Carter and (Rev) Ray Jackson.
