Hello we are defekt! Supprisinly not an angst ridden pre-pubecent nu-metal band, as the name would suggest... at least not anymore. No, now we are in fact an angst ridden post-pubesent alt-rock band.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Simon Dorrington- Vocals, Guitar
Sam Kinsella- Guitar
Sean Coughlan- Bass Guitar
Ann Reed- Drums
Our band history isnt really exiting enough to write about so i wont bother.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Mostly Welwyn garden city and Hitchin area. The green room is our main sanctuary of rock.
Your musical influences
Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Jeff Buckley, Pearl Jam, NIN, The Cure, Bob Dylan. Plus Ann likes her classic rawk!
