Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Dimitrius Stephens, better known as Dee Bomb, is an independent hip hop artist & producer from Minneapolis, MN. During his early mixtape days, Dee Bomb began establishing himself in the underground hip hop scene with three well-received albums-Beautiful & Harsh Poetry (2014), Words that touch Souls (2016), and Reality (2018)-an extended play, singles, & a slew of features in his discography.
In 2012, Dee Bomb released The Rehearsal Ep then began performing at various shows throughout Minnesota that led to four local award nominations including Album of the Year in 2015 along with national press outlets such as RBL Lifestyle, Turntable Talks, Global Grind, This is 50, and Beat100.
Dee Bomb has toured nationwide as a co-headliner on The Elevated Minds Tour with Eau Claire hip hop artist, Cudlino in 2016 & 2017. Hes also shared the stage with legends such as Bone Thugs & Harmony, Redman, Twista, Brutha Lynch Hung, & many more.
Dee Bomb has been known for his competitive confidence, sense of humor, self-awareness, and self-growth in his music. His wordplay and punchlines led to two local Lyricist of the Year award nominations in 2014 & 2015. Moving over 22,000 units of his catalog, he doesnt plan on slowing down anytime soon.
When hes not in the studio creating music or performing, hes DJing weddings throughout the midwest and operating his Bangin Noize Entertainment label. Now in 2020, Dee Bomb is set to release his fourth studio album, The Progress Album.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yeah, I've toured all over the midwest and west coast regions as a headliner for most of the shows.

Hip Hop: LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, T.I., are my main ones.
R&B: R. Kelly, Isley Brothers, 112, Stevie Wonder, Ginuwine, The Gap Band to name a few.
