Like his brother "KASPER" before him. De'con is an elite emcee. With the ability to combine realism, attitude, and intelligences all into one well thought out song. Born and raised in the city of Enola. Fighting to accomplish his dreams and his deceased brother's. His determination to push himself to the limit every time, without any concern of the consequences, consequently is one of his greatest attributes.
