Hi. Obviously, my name is Dean. I am a 23 year old guitarist/song writer. I basically had to figure out how to play the damned thing myself... Not only is writing music a hobby, but it is also an outlet for emotions; in addtion, it is a rewarding experience. My style of music is very broad. I enjoy everything from blues to death metal. But when it comes to playing music, I just go with the flow-- you know, whatever comes out.

I have all kinds of influences: Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Steve Vai, Stevie Ray Vaughn, AC/DC, Pantera, Slayer, The Deftones-- I could list them for days.

I have a Hohner Rockwood, a Yamaha EG 112C2, a Slammer-Hammer (can't think of the model at the moment), a Digitech GNX2 multi-effects processor. (expensive equiment, to me, is not that important. As long as it plays, let the good times roll. For recording, I used Sonar 3 and Audacity for editing.

Most of the songs I have here are just me screwing around and having fun. I haven't really wirtten a complete song with lyrics in a while. And... I'm not really interested in singing, but sometimes it can't be helped. I used an Alesis drum machine and ocasionally, I used a processor effect to drop my guitar a few octaves to simulate a bass guitar (which worked very well if I might add).
