The Dead Sea Scribes are a socially conscious reggae-infused hip-hop trio located in Oakland, California. Most of their tracks are groove-oriented and down-tempo, the kind of music that makes folks sway and smile. Vocalists Josh Millican and Martin Arias, both L.A. natives, worked together previously as members of the One Over Crew. All beats and engineering are thanks to East Bay producer Manteka, originally from Puerto Rico.
