Dead Flowers Bloom is a mix of dark music, mystery, love and passion. We could not really say we're a goth band because the members of DFB have a diverse influence in music, but we prefer that the listeners classify us into what genre we seem fit.Band/artist history
Dead Flowers Bloom was formed last January 2004 through the efforts of Mario Zialcita (Former Five WOunds to Enter)
Early January, Mario put together a tandem of talents : Darwin Venus or better known as "Arcane" comes from the band called Praena and pressed his luck with making music with the band as their lead guitarist. The lead singer of the band is Monika Preysler aka. "Darkmuse" who is an amateur in the band scene. This is in fact the very first band that she has been into, but with her song writing skills, she had made her way into the group. In the early stages of the band's formation, Darwin, who helped out in putting the musical arrangement into Monika's writings, came up with one of the band's original compositions called "Run Away".
From January to present the band has shed some members and gained new members as well. Like any band in its formation stages, DFB is still adjusting to the demands of the industry.Have you performed in front of an audience?We play live on-call, depending on what production house would take us in for events.
