dcallen is just me and my computer and a couple serious software programs. I compose music for pure enjoyment. I write what I like and if someone else enjoys it, that's just a bonus.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
no, I don't play live and I try to write music that couldn't be played live.
Your musical influences
I've had a variety of influences, but my compositions seem to lean toward Tangerine Dream, Alan Parsons Project, etc.
What equipment do you use?
All my music is created on a Dell Precision WorkStation 690 (with 2 dual-core Xeon processors), E-MU 1820m soundcard, with Sonar 7 Producer Edition, Reason 4, Native Instruments Komplete 4, and Project5 software, and the awesome Access Virus TI Polar synth.

Oops - I meant to comment on this one. Like I said in my other comment, I like this - its very different than what I usually listen to.
Hi Dave,
Nice to come back here and listen to fresh new songs of my friends! listening now to The Main Intermezzo, what a pleasure! great song! it has a clean mix and nice sounds too.
I have added a new song called The Hummingbird and a new video on my profile, please feel free to drop by and leave a comment if you wish.
kind regards
Carlo Celuque
very nice tune man....
The track "Eerie Silence on Lake Eerie" sounds like something from the Canadian Rock band "RUSH".
Sounds Great :)
