Peace, DBMB. Beats are a big passion of mine.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have been making beats for a little over a year. I am a great fan of old music, like the motown sound music, which is still in my rotation. So I try and incoporate real sounds of instruments with my beats. I currently only use fruity loops, and sample cd's, with a midi controller. I know that I have alot to learn but I will get the job done because my name wouldn't be if it weren't true. I will be posting beats on the site for purchase in the future so don't forget about me, Peace.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No but I would like to get out there because I do rap too.
Your musical influences
Motown song are the bulk of my influences, but since that aint around anymore im stuck on hip hop. Artist like Eminem, Nas, Pac, beats like Dre, Kanye, Heatmakers.
What equipment do you use?
Fruity Loops 5, thats all. Some sample cd's for sounds.
