Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
1990-1992- David organized and performed with Christian group, Creation
1991- First solo album, Reliving the Word, released
1992- The Creation Album recorded and first released
1993- David Blocker Ministries organized
1993- call to commitment and Contemporary Favorites released
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Usually churches, my favorite experience to date was ministering at Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, TX with their full orchestra
Your musical influences
Contemporary christian mixed with Erasure and other electronic/dance influences... Definite love of 80's music and european dance/pop influences as well.
On the worship side, everything from Maranatha to Integrity to Vineyard to Hillsongs to (insert your newest praise album here...)
What equipment do you use?
Traditionally Yamaha SY77 synthesizer/sequencer... Moving into new territory now with M-AUDIO Ozone workstation and computer-based recording/mixing
