Hi! I'm not a band. My name is Jen and I've been singing for about twelve years. I wrote my first song nine years ago and then had eight years of writers block. In the summer of '06 I felt the desire growing in me to write and I gave it to the Lord. Since then I have written twenty+ songs and a lot of bits and pieces. I don't play an instrument, so I rely on my friends to help me. God has surrounded me with tremendously talented musicians.

My heart's desire is to glorify God in all that I do and remain open to His leading in my life. Someday, I would love to travel in a band with the purpose of edifying the body of Christ and reaching out to the unsaved with the gospel. For now, I want to hone my writing skills and continue to grow as a singer.

Any chance I get! I sing every Sunday morning at church as part of our worship team. I mostly sing harmony and occasionally I get to lead. There's no place I'd rather be than in God's presence with His people.

To be honest, I don't think there is one genre I really don't like. Each has it's own personality and mood, just like I might have fifty times in one day. I listen to just about everything and I couldn't begin to list all the artists and bands that inspire me.

Just a microphone, whatever's in front of me, and my voice. I leave the music to my friends.
