Davis Highway is a high energy country band. Their diverse musical backgrounds add a very different edge to their music. The name Davis Highway comes from the founder of the band Billy Davis. His goal was to put together muscians from different backgrounds to create a new and exciting sound. Because of this they are able to play many different genres of music. Their goal is to be able to travel all over and entertain crowds of all ages. They pride themselves in being able to entertain everyone. They know they are doing our job when we see everyone dancing and having fun at one of their shows. Not only do they have a large repertoire of cover music, but they also do some great original music written by Billy Davis and arranged and produced by Ross Bell of Doghouse Records.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes we play live in Arizona. One special moment was in 2009 playing Country Thunder in Florence, AZ. Another was doing a live interview with KQCK to debut new songs from our CD.
