I love music, and making it! I do all the mixing and mastering. All of my music is Christian oreinted, produced in-house at David Young Ministries. I'm not the best singer in the world, but I love to sing! Jesus rules!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
After I was saved, God called me into the ministry as a music minister. After serving in several churches, I currently serve as Music Minister at Northside Baptist Church in my hometown. To be able to sing God's message is the greatest experience in the world! I currently have a new CD out, entitled "In the Middle of His Grace". All of the songs are about His grace and mercy.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I usually sing live to tracks I have produced. I sing mostly in churches, or where ever there is a place to share. Yes, I love to sing about my Savior, especially when I get to share Him with others! The best moment is when someone accepts Jesus as Lord!
Your musical influences
I grew up in the 70's and 80's, so that genre of music is my roots. The vocal style of the Eagles, Kenny Rogers, & John Denver spark my vocal ability. I like all kinds of music, but Contemporary Christian is what I like best. I try to surround myself with music that is pleasing to listen to.
