I have been writing songs since 1969.  When I became a Christian in 1988, it totally changed my songwriting.  My focus became my walk with Jesus Christ and every song is seen from, and influenced by that changed perspective.

Band/artist history

Began as a bass player with the "Blues Machine", a local blues band in Muskegon, Michigan in 1968.  From there, my focus was photography, college, and then commercial photography.  Through it all, I was writing songs.  I currently drive semi tractor/trailer for a living to live and live to write songs.

Have you performed in front of an audience?

I play live whenever possible...there seem to be few outlets...too radical for many church settings, too "religious" for most secular venues.

Rich Mullins is my favorite songwriter...Paul McCartney...Bob Dylan...Greg Brown...Peter Case...Chris Smither
