David,
I really like your vocal style. it's natural and it's you. You do not sound like you are trying to imitate anyone. This was a short beautiful piece of music.

Okay, Dave I checked out your material with Eight and one Half, it was very good, I don't know why you didn't make it but I guess that's the major labels for you---I would sign you but I don't have that power. You are an awesome guy--we'll keep in touch and I'm curious....what drum machine were you using on those early ones??

Hi David...
Thanks for the visit to our page...and your post. You and I are from different musical universes...but not really...because apparently...we both listen to everything.
I listened to "Route 66"..."There Will Never Be Another You" and "The Way You Look Tonight." What you do is very tough to do...and you do it very well. Scatting is like a lost art...and to do it acappella is that much harder IMHO. Great stuff. Thabks again for the visit.
Hugs...Mike (NAV)

a pleasure listening to your version of the classic route 66.

Dear Mr. Floodstrand, I think your version of America's 'Horse With No Name' is one of the most unexpectedly original, imaginative, and swinging pop-to-jazz song covers I have ever heard. It's utterly distinctive and fun, even, to listen to. Great work!
