This is me - my life in the form of music. Although my favorite type of music is progressive rock, I also liking writing solo acoustic songs, and have made some attempts at creating a few techno/industrial instrumental songs.Band/artist history
I started playing guitar, drums, piano, and singing when I was in middle school. I have a love for music and poetry that will never die - so here I am simply making this stuff for my own and (hopefully) others' enjoyment.Have you performed in front of an audience?I'm currently playing in a cover band for kicks and giggles.

The Smashing Pumpkins, TOOL, A Perfect Circle, Incubus, Filter, Staind, Lamb of God, Coldplay, Damien Rice, Khaki King, Bleed the Sky, Nine Inch Nails, etc., etc., etc.What equipment do you use?
I am currently using a DigiDesign 002 rack with ProTools LE for basic mixing, and it serves as a pre-amp w/ phantom power for my AKG 3000 condenser microphone. For the drums, I am using a set of Roland V-Drums (with a TD-6V brain), a BOSS Overdrive/Distortion (OS-2) pedal for the distorted guitars and a Line-6 POD, an Ovation Celebrity guitar for the acoustic songs and some of the rock songs, a Yamaha RGX220DZ Electric Guitar and a Shecter C6 Hellraiser for the other rock songs.Anything else?
I would love to find a few people to get together with and begin performing - maybe eventually taking this project much more seriously. I live in Buffalo Grove - but willing to travel. E-mail me if you're interested for more information.
