You may use these beats only for your audio hosting site (MP3.com, Soundclick, Dmusic, etc.), demo, or any Non-Profit use. If you do use it for those purposes, let us know and send us a copy....
Leasing Rights
Leasing will allow you to use an
instrumental of your choice for only one
commercial or profitable use
(album, radio play, website, etc.)
We still own full rights of the beat and
we can continue to sell the beat to other buyers.
Exclusive Rights
Buying Exclusive Rights will allow you to have full rights to one beat of your choosing. You can use it in any of your projects, however you may not resell the beat. When you have purchased exclusive rights to a beat, we will remove the download option and discontinue the selling of the beat for leasing rights and exclusive rights.
When you purchase a beat, we will send you a high quality MP3 to you or we'll send you a CD with an MP3 and WAV (also midi) format of the beat, whatever you prefer. We also require that we receive credit for any beats sold.
