After a long, long break, I have now returned to songwriting with a renewed enthusiasm, thanks mainly to the availability of quality recording equipment at realistic prices. Now, with my own studio, it is possible to work on songs until I am happy with them, and not compromise because studio time, and cost are mounting up.
I have re-recorded some of my original compositions, and begun penning some new ones; "Too Many Hearts" being the first. Inspired by world events, the basic message is that we all hang by a thread, and things can change in a moment. It seems we are all waiting in line. It's not meant to be a morbid or pesemistic song, just a comment on today's sad times.Have you performed in front of an audience?No, not for many years.
