Dave Clark
Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Dave Clark released his first solo cd "Changes" in the summer of "04" Since its release Dave has been shopping the disc to management and major record labels. Over the past three years Dave has also been performing throughout the New England area.
In Fall of "05" the decision was made to switch from solo artist to actually forming a full band. Dave dubbed the new project "Clarksville and started seeking out serious players to join the band. After a long search Dave found a musical soulmate in James Bradley, a fantastic singer/songwriter and bass player from Newburyport, MA. The final addition to the band is Dave's longtime friend, drummer Shaun Merrill. Shaun is a much sought after drummer on the local music scene. He currently performs with local cover band "Hot n bothered"!
The lineup is complete and now Clarksville are currently working on new songs for their first cd release. Clarksville is also seeking out management, record labels and publishing. They are also now booking spring/summer tour dates. Soon to be launched is the Clarksville website, so stay tuned.
