Dat-Mot

Dat-Mot has been making independent electronic music on and off for about 14 years now. He started to produce home studio albums in 1994 with his informal Official Dat-Mot Recording label (www.dat-mot.com) Projects of late, incorporate computer enhancements to the sound, varieting a greater mix of electronic genres and elements making it much more accessible.
Your musical influences
I don't sound like them, but Front Line Assembly (and ALL of their many side projects) has to be one of my favorite bands and major influences. Along with other styles similar to mine like: Hip-Hop/Rap, Trip-Hop, Trance, Breakbeat, House, Progressive Electronica, Acid Jazz e.t.c.
What equipment do you use?
I mostly use Roland and Boss products (2 keyboards, 3 drum machines, and lots of effects) I also have some E-MU, Korg, Gemini, Tascam, and Yamaha equipment. However, nowadays I mostly use my computer with quite a few software programs.
Anything else?
The majority of my MP3's are located @ ampcast.com/LessSkill. Other sound samples can be found on my website.
