Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We are currently singing background for a local R&B artist named LeAndra at different clubs and venues. It has inevitably opened doors for our group to do our own thing.
Your musical influences
Beyonce, Ne-Yo, Omarion, Cherish, Brandy, Chrisette Michele, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Keri Hilson, Chris Brown, Mario, and many, many more.
What equipment do you use?
Our engineer (Ben) uses Pro-Tools whenever we record. He's really good and should be checked out. He's worked with several artists from SoSy to Murphy Lee. You can catch him at www.myspace.com/soulthink.
Anything else?
As we "Da Phy" the labels that the music industry has tried to put on us, our aim is not to be famous, but just to be able to share our gifts with the world. Keeping God first and fully trusting in Him is what will be the basis of our success, not compromising our beliefs, not conforming to the world, not letting what others think is "beauty" define us. When we sing, you will not only notice the difference in our music, but in ourselves.
