DANNY RYDER AKA DBR

Hailing from south-east London Daniel August,Danny,Dan da man,D,Danny Ryder or DBR has been an mc/rapper For about 7 years now (believe it or not) He started from a very young age and was evan writing lirics at school. His English teacher was very impressed and so were the students. He was originally named RYDER by his crew who helped him make a name for himself in school and on road. He made a mixtape with a well known DJ he knew and him and his crew 'YBM' sold copies at school 2-3 each! He became part of UK Garage collective 'DA SOUTHSIDE HITSQUAD' Who were on a few radio stations and playing alot of clubs in and around London alongside the likes of DJ Masterstepz,So Solid crew,Pay as u go etc. Despite things going very well DA SOUTHSIDE HITSQUAD broke up and it was just Jamie.B(cake-o) and Danny Ryder(DBR) left. They started to work on some tracks and were offered a deal from sanctury records and a couple of other lables but being so young and nieve none of the situations worked out. After a two year break DBR decided to learn a bit more about the music industry so he went to college and linked up with an up n coming Rapper from from Brixton Called Little.c. They both had completey diffrent styles that complemented each other and in know time they put out there first mixtape (cold as ice) The CD done so well that by the time they had left college They had to release CAI pt2 which was a double cd and that also done very well on the streets and made a name for the south London duo. They had alot of people talking and alot of producers wanting to work with them but one producer in particular stood out (COMPOSURE) he's style was just diffrent to everyone else. Early 2005 Composure got some studio time working for a lable GOLDSEAL he brought in DBR Little.c and Foulmouth. Having loads of matirial allready written they got on there grind and before they knew it they had an album. So they decided to form a group,They called it UNDAWURLD and they are now managed by goldseal. There first cd the 1st Installment is out now,DBR's mixtape The 1st chapter is out in feb,The Undawurld album will be out in march and DBR's first album True stories will be out in may/June.
