kinda new to this whole thing. just really learned how to play and trying to make myself better. i dont know how to read music so it makes it more difficult but im always up for some honest critiquesHave you performed in front of an audience?a few times, but always for school and church. only sang once infront of more than a few people. Played for the high school talent show as a senior and i got 1st place. i sang a total acoustic version of seasons by Good Charlotte.

I love Incubus!!! brandon is a lyrical genius. stellar is what made me want to learn to play. id love to write music like that. i like john mayer, jack johnson, and ryan cabrera, damien rice, foo fighters. pretty much anything that isnt gangster rap and really bad pop music.What equipment do you use?
a yamaha F-315 acoustic. yeah i know, but it was a present. oh and thanks, by the way. j also have a Takamine S35. i like the yamaha for recording though. sometimes i play a little on my stratacaster and i borrow sometimes too.Contact

hey good job, i especially like your voice. it is very soothing. as a suggestion, to improve your guitar part writing, try writing a song or two where you fit the lyrics around the guitar part. these songs feel like you found a riff and just kept playing it over again to a poem you wrote. i mean, thats cool, but its been done before man. i recored a bunch of songs that were focused on the lyrics, but now im gonna work on songs that are more focused on the insturments. oh and put a new song up.
Love to hear great music with such potential. Your voice has a great edge. Maybe Inside of Me is superb - would love to hear a full studio version of it someday.

Stopped by to give a few of your songs a listen...very impressed with 'Lost and Found'. Your writing is very much along the same lines as mine (so how could I not like it :) ) Nice vocals (some of them could stand to be turned up a little bit so they don't get drowned out in the guitar) All in all, good stuff...keep at it.

Hello and hope all is going well with you. Its been fun visiting your page. I'd love if you come visit our page. I was part of an R&B group on campus before I tried out one song on the acoustic guitar with a friend and I just fell in love with it. It was incredible...you guys don't understand what you have...Pls when you get the chance check out "see it in your eyes" and "take some time" Just asking for your opinion because this is a foreign land for me and my boys.
