From the streets of Newark NJ comes the artist Da_Narcasist Nauce for short straight out of the FME Future Musik Entertainment camp. JERSEY STAND UP!! FUTURE

Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey comes the artist and producer known as Nauce The Boss. Nauce has been rapping for a total of 15 years. He's always dreamed of becoming a big rap superstar displaying his skills and music for the world to see. Nauce embraced the culture we all know as HIP HOP from the very start. As a young aspiring rapper Nauce started out listening and watching his favorites on television. Such greats as Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, Biz, Markie, Rakim, Run DMC, Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince to name a few inspired him as he set back and watched video music box and YO MTV Raps. Upon listening to their unique styles and flow he decided this is not what he wanted to do but it was something he had to do. He yearned to be like them so he began writing rhymes all the time. At the age of 13 he formed a group with a couple of fellow classmates and they would write rhymes all day long but it seemed as if he was the only one taking it serious. At the time none of them had ever been to a studio nor had the money for one so what the young group of MCs do??? They took 2 radios and faced them towards one another. One would play the instrumental and the other they would use to rap into and record themselves. When the songs weren't good enough Nauce constantly insisted everyone redo their verse so it could sound as close and perfect as possible but it seemed as if no one saw his vision. The others weren't as serious and passionate about it as him. As time went on Nauce left the group and became a solo artist. He was entering high school being seen as one of the best MCs in the area. Right around the time of graduating a couple of years later upon entering college, his fellow classmate known as Alkatraz was really digging Nauce's style so he approached him on becoming part of his group. Since Nauce was solo and saw that Alkatraz's group FME Future Musik Entertainment had a lot of potential, he initially joined. Alkatraz was head producer and had a small studio in his basement which everyone used to record. Nauce and the rest of the FME were constantly recording songs perfecting their craft day in and out. They eventually put out their first mixtape which was known as "In The Basement". The mixtape for a bunch of young hungry MCs was very good effort for a group of kids doing everything independent. in time a local NJ celebrity by the name of Rookie Johnson a column writer for the town's top paper "Star Ledger" saw the groups potential and talent and invited them to come perform at his public access show. This in turn gave the group a lot of attention / local recognition to where they began to be known on a some what larger scale. Their appearances on his show were the most requested and aired and this generated a nice buzz for them. With all this going on, it attracted another well respected Newark native known as Black 45. Black 45 was the head of all underground rap and Hip Hop shows that went on in the tri state area. He invited the group to come to showcase their talents at all his venues and this created a bigger buzz for Nauce and the FME. This momentum then spilled over to the group performing at William Patterson college's talent show in 1997 where Hot 97's Fatman Scoop hosted. The group won first place and received a trophy. That was the first time they had won anything for their music and it was a proud achievement. As time went on, the Nauce and the FME began performing more and more at local clubs, colleges, open mics, and talent shows making their impact known throughout New Jersey, NY, Delaware and Boston. As time went on, Nauce wound up meeting a rapper by the name of Reptile from the X file click who was signed to Booga Basement company Wyclef Jean's label at the time. Reptile saw the talent Nauce had so he invited him to come along and perform in front of over 5,000 people in Wyclef Jean presents the Carnival for the haitian youth in Miami 99. This was huge for Nauce b/c it opened his eyes to the possibility of his dream becoming true. Being in front of that crowd was a crazy rush for Nauce. It showed him that his dream was in his grasp if he kept pushing for it. There were alot of artist backstage on the come up. There was Mya, Usher, the orignial Destiny Childs when it was 5 of them, City High, The Black Eye Peas no Furgee, Xhibit, Treach from Naughty by Nature and a lot more artist. This in turn put Nauce in a very good place and gave him a peak of his destiny. Everything seemed to be going well so far until the rough patches of the music game started to kick in. Nauce and FME began coming across a lot of bad situations were they ran into people who wanted to misuse them and their talent, BS them and not stick to their word. Nothing seemed to be going right. They weren't in the studio to much any more, the group slowly started to drift apart, some people weren't as serious about the music as others and this caused a lot of friction amongst the members. Artist felt that there was no work being done. No beats were given to the artist to write to, everyone was going their own way and it just seemed if everything they worked hard for was falling apart. In seeing the destruction that was headed his way, Nauce was forced to go solo once again and being that he need production and always had an ear for what sounded good, he purchased a music program that would help him develop his own beats. He always kept rhyming and writing but with doing his own production this showed him that sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands and when all you have is yourself to depend on that's on you whether you keep going on or give up. This also taught him you can not wait for anyone to make moves for you if your dreams are to come true you have to try and make it happen own your own. With all the ups and downs Nauce has endured it has made him a better man and artist. He is on top of his game and has never felt better. He's one of the hottest talented people to work with plus he's an artist and producer so he's twice the problem for rappers and the industry. He started his NWO Company Nauce World Order and in doing so, he realizes that he has the power to control and make his own destiny. It's up to him and the people he roll with to make the world recognize their dream. It's gonna be a wild ride hopefully you'll be here to witness it. Future!!

Any open mic, college campus, fashion show, or talent show available im there. I've been all over from NJ, to NY, to Miami, to Delware. Whereever there's a show to rip I'm there. The greatest experience I've had is when I rapped at Wyclef Jean's carnival in 1999 down in Miami. There was over 6,000 ppl in the stands and to witness that movement and excitement as well as performing in front of them gave me the reason why I cant stop doing what I do.

Redman, Nas, Pac, Biggie, Big Daddy Kane, 50, Jay Z, Emimen, Pun, Mc Lyte, Slick rick, and just the whole hip hop /old school rappers. They preserve and exzimplify whats good music is. It was all about having fun, teaching a lesson, and educating yourself as well others.
