Damp Syndrome:
The Latest craze in Mongo Trance Metal! Damp Syndrome is a “group” that lives on satire and irony. The first album “Näsan” was made in late December of 2003 and is almost totally in Swedish, although some English words are found there. The one song from the ”Näsan” demo became to be so ”popular” that it set the theme and even got refurbished for the new demo ”Power and Control (The Resurrection of Hitler Jugend)”. “Näsan” was mainly inspired by the Wacko Jacko craze when he was arrested for alleged sex abuse of a 12 year old boy. The main track on the demo is “The story of a 12 year old boy (A tribute to Gavin)” which really started the ball rolling. Read more on the albums under “Discography”.
So, the main goal of this page is to get Damp Syndromes music out to as many people as possible. The demos listed are available to purchase, you will find more info on this under order where the products available will eventually be listed. But if you are one for just ripping of artists most of the music will be available under “Downloads” and other tracks will probably be available through the official mail dampsyndrome@yahoo.co.uk.
