What are the license options and what are the differences between those?
We offer up to 5 license templates (Basic, Premium, Track Out, Unlimited, Exclusive) and it's up to the artist which ones he/she wants to make available. Each license comes with different perks. In general, the higher the price, the better the perks.

How can I remove the audio tag from the track?
A "tagged beat" is a demonstration version of an instrumental that contains distinct audio watermarks that typically play throughout the entire track. The purpose of a producer tagging his/her instrumental is to prevent piracy and to encourage serious recording artists to purchase a license.

What is a stem / trackout file?
A Stem file is an audio file that contains a track split into several musical elements: A drums stem, a bassline stem, a harmony stem, and a lead stem for example.
The Stem file also usually includes the original stereo master of the track for standard playback.

Why would I need a stem / trackout file?
A trackout file gives you much better control. Imagine you rap over a beat and you realize the percussions take the focus away from your vocals. With a trackout file
you can simply tone down the percussion and the focus is now on the vocals. With a trackout file you have much more flexibility and a whole different level of control.
Da FORMULA
The name - they described as "self explanatory". Their musical influences are infinite from Mobb Deep to the Neville Brothers. Da Formula is Zaye and Farid. They have been cultivating their unique talents since they started circa' 98 when Zaye and Farid met at an Atlanta high school. Through years of focused development and natural processes, Da Formula has developed a forte for blending rap,classical,soul and street-hop.
Zaye aka " Da Boss" - representing the 4th Ward, a metro Atlanta neighborhood with a history dating back to the Martin Luther King Jr. civil rights era, has proven through street battles and hostile microphone takeovers that he is destined to keep his eye on the prize.
Zaye credits his musical inspirations to the soulful sounds of the 60's and 70's. "Growing up in a musical household, I heard everything from Mahalia Jackson to Al Green,and my personal favorite Marvin Gaye". My people had that love for the classics. I would take my candy money to buy me some Marvin Gaye. Soon the album Wu-Tang Forever dropped, and it was like I instantly fell in love with "hip-hop." Man, when I heard these songs that I had grew up listening and singing to as a kid being sampled I knew I had to be down. You know that's why me and Farid click so well, we are both
holding on to pieces of music that was so relevant to the survival of our people.
Farid, also an Atlanta native, states his musical style and lyrical prowess were built from his family ties in Detroit and manufactured in "these A-Town streets". Farid credits his talent to his family's involvement in church choirs and gospel bands. The rapper/producer started putting together his sound at the age of 12. About five years ago he migrated into Atlanta's local music scene. Farid recalls when he was eight years old. " My first love was writing lyrics from there I developed an interest in sequencing and sampling. I knew right then that there were more levels to this game than I could have ever imagined. Never to back down from a challenge Farid has mastered his technique and is determined to get his due.
Right now Da Formula is promoting their singles while working on the 2006 release of their debut album. Those who have seen or heard Da Formula say "without a doubt them boys give you an earful of what the ATL is truly about. They got somethin for us Krunk Folks too!!Band/artist history
