I put my wifey above everything, anything and anyon3 'cause she basically tha main reason I push myelf everyda3 to stay focused and determined not to fail. She keeps me strong and everytime I feel like callin' it quits she's right there to say no. I couldn't do half tha things I do in life without you Takara, so you def. tha biggest motivation and inspiration in my life. Music wise I'm moved by Nas, 2-Pac, Kanye West, Big Pun, Jay-Z, Canibus, B.I.G, AZ, Talib Kweli, LLoyd Banks, Eminem, Myself and of course Reason.What equipment do you use?

A year or two ago my life wasn't heading in a positive direction, and I was constantly getting in trouble and slowly changing for tha worse. I was immature, and not focused I had nothing to look forward to, or to be truely happy about, all I had was my pen and pad, and I would always write what I felt or saw at tha time, back when I was young around 11 or 12 I got into my secretive hobby of writting poetry which allowed me to escape for once and write what I felt wether it was my feelings or what was going on in my life. It felt good for those few mins. to escape. Now my views on writting are strictly reality based, I wanna make a change in Hip Hop, I wanna make an impact I wanna be a rapper who niggaz 10 years down tha line talk about and say.. "I remember Des, he brought a whole new meaning, a whole new essence to poetry in hip hop."matt101's station
