Curtis Cowan and his band The Rockers are from Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are available locally and nationally, for clubs, hotels, festivals, and corporate functions. With a mix of Country and Classic Rock, plus originals from Curtis' debut album recorded in Nashville, TN. Not only the whole package, but a different kind of package.
Your musical influences
My influences are quite a range from older country like Hank Williams, to Kenny Rogers and Ronnie Milsap, to Rockabilly artists like KD Lang and Marty Stewart and Robert Gordon. I also like Southern Rock like Lynard Skynard and Molly Hatchet. I'm also a pushover for great harmonies like The Oakcridge Boys, and the Statler Brothers. Also, I've always liked Barbara Mandrell, Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings. Lately, I'm into Toby Keith, The Roadhammers, George Strait, and Lonestar.
