Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Bio:
As told by Rhys' friend and roommate, Owen Lowery:
"Rhys Miller was born in Blue Springs MO. He then moved on to a different house in the same suburb where he felt he fit
in a little better...just seven doors down. After that he came to Chicago. I don't know if he had fun, but he met me there.
When Rhys came to Chicago he began being a sound student, he soon realized that the only way to really understand the
recording equipment was to stop learning about it and just play music. This one time I walked in on him recording a song
and he yelled at me really loudly. I guess my feelings were hurt, but if he was going after his dream... well, it really
wasn't worth it. He made music, kind of radioheadish, or maybe just radiohead like, but either way he was totally original.
He decided to make his music name Currier, which was his moms maiden name, she was Irish, and he is too (Irish curse 1.5").
In the end I'm sure his music career will eventually work out, making him the biggest star to ever come out of Blue Springs,
putting him just above the guy who was rejected from American Idol and just below me, who wasn't from Blue Springs, but I'm
a nice guy, a Leo, 20 years old at present 2003, I enjoy long walks on the beach and small dogs, terriers mostly. SO if you
want a date, my cell phone # is 312-203-2419. Did I mention I am Irish, but the curse skipped my generation. So good for Rhys,
he's get to go on tour to house parties while I get to sit here and go to school. Good for Rhys, for having a solo career
and having another band when I don't even have one. So check out his fabulous songs. If you don't, you will probably feel
pretty bad, like that time he yelled at me."
