Crushpile
CRUSHPILE is a heavy band out of Northern NJ! We are an in your face band yet we tend to attract all types of listeners. If you dig groovin' tunes that you can jump to, then you need to experience CRUSHPILE. We have influences from metal to punk to funk to whatever. We are Jeff-drums, Sean-bass, Andy-guitar, Ken-vocals and Mike-guitar.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
CRUSHPILE has been together for over one year now. Our debut album was released in January of '02 and is making waves on the east coast. We are diligent and professional, spending many hours in the rehearsal room and improving our sound. Even though we are dead serious about our music our live shows are fun and unpredictable, encouraging lots of audience participation. We are song writing monsters; always coming up with bigger and better things. We have written much new material since the CD release.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
CRUSHPILE has been playing the NY,NJ,PA area and will expand those borders this summer.
Your musical influences
Musical influences include heavy metal, old school hardcore, nu-metal, and anything else with high energy and passion.
What equipment do you use?
Ibanez guitars, Tama drums, Peavey and Crate amps, Fender bass amps.
