Crushing Skulls
Crushing Skulls formed in 2005 at Musicians Institute in Hollywood with the intent of playing ridiculously brutal, technical death metal.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Musicians Institute students, Alex Crescioni met Chase Brickenden and began writing together due to musical similarities. After a few weeks of writing, Alex noticed Michael Osborn in class. He had many of the same musical interests and tried out for the band. He was immediately accepted. After a few months of more writing, Roy Syfert and Brent Glover from Chase's
old band, Sublevare in Oregon, traveled to Hollywood to complete the line up. Within three weeks time, Crushing Skulls began playing shows at Musicians Institute and recorded a demo at West Beach studios.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
