CrucifiXion (UK)
We are Crucifixion, 4 regular guys playing what they enjoy...Metal although it has been known for us to record and play a few acoustic songs live or in the studio. We are based in the midlands area. In a short period of 5 months we went from being an opening band to a high ranking band in the local venues playing along side bands like TourmenT, Headless Cross and Days Of Darkness.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We were formed in November 2004 under the name Overdose we played 1 gig under this name then changed to CrucifiXion since then moved on to play numerous other gigs in the midlands area including Marrs Bar (Worcester) and Eddie's 8 Bar (Birmingham). Studio time for us has been short we were using our schools recording facilities during the early summer of 2005 to record some demo's which had previously only been recording using a laptop and little experimentation.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have played live in the UK many times mainly in the midlands where we are based. The best moment was organising a full gig at a local venue and many people coming up and saying how much fun they had during it.

Guitarists, Joel & Si - Marshall MG series Heads and 4x12 Cabs, Washburn, ESP and BC Rich guitars, various Boss FX, Dunlop Wah, Korg Multi-effects Processers.
Bassist, Joey - Behringer 400Watt Head, Marshall 4x12 Bass Cab, Ibanez BTB 5 string bass and custom made Bass
Drums Simon - Zildjian Cymbals, 2 Tama Kick, Custom Snare. 3 Rack Toms, 2 Floor Toms.
