DaMiGe returns to beat production after 13 years of silence! Does he still have what it takes to write with the best of 'em in the fast evolving music scene!? Let us know . .
DaMiGe returned to the studio after 3 years of silence to produce this beat in 2010! (NO SAMPLES - ALL ORIGINAL COMPOSITION)
(ALL ORIGINAL COMPOSITION) If you're into luminous, counterpoint-driven themes that scream for harmonious R&B vocals then you've come to the right place. This track was actually composed by scoring the old-school instrumentation notation.
This is a simple New York style beat. It's got that raw sample looping technique going on. This beat really gives of an eery, mesmerizing vibe - hehehe - It's great if you want to make someone paranoid.
ALL ORIGINAL COMPOSITION - ZERO SAMPLES in this one, folks. I was just having fun writing a soundtrack for my movie (the movie that doesn't exist). LMAO - But, this beat really would fit well in a movie.
This is an interesting mix of different musical styles. I was seeing how far I could go with this, yet still keep it 'hip hop.' The beat has a nice verse drop that throws the groove into cut-time, giving it a nice punch to drive the vibe.
Here it is, folks! This one goes out to all the artists who requested some crunk style with that symphonic Crosswire twist - hope ya'll are feelin' this one. I think it's one of my best beats so far. (ALL ORIGINAL COMPOSITION - NO SAMPLING)
This is a classic East Coast - New York City style beat with an eery string theme. The vibe is serious-dark. I know somebody's going to kill this thing with some hot lyrics!

This started with a random progression by Dave Geres while messing around on the keyboard. It was slowed down and the beat was put to it. The bass and, possibly a lead, will be added soon.

After recieving many requests for more smooth/melodic ambient style beats, I came up with this one. Here ya go . . .
This beat is the product of my first encounter with a Yamaha Motif 6 keyboard some time just after its release in late 2001 or early 2002. The beat came out pretty good, after long hours, obsessing over learning ALL the keyboard's functions. (LOL)
I dug this out of my old beat archive also. It was made when I was obsessed with the Reason Strings Refill. I believe it was my first attempt at sample chopping/manipulation. This one was picked up by Kaz of Rhyme Skeme Productions.
This has a definite southern feel, with the currently popular 808 drum pattern going on. Of course, as always, I had to add some of my symphonic style to it, so I ended up with the Southern Symphony.
This is a true hip hop beat with a lethal-dark vibe. I've gotten lots of requests for more dark beats, so here ya go...
This beat was picked up by Young Ace of YG Entertainment. It's one of our NYC-style projects, reppin' that classic vinyl sampling with a very prominent drum groove - very crisp mix...
I made this beat rockin' the Yamaha Motif 6 back in the day. It's another all original composition that's got a definite rock feel, yet also presents some nice hip hop flavor as well.
This beat is straight-up grimy. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback on this track, so I'm placing it up here.
