Hi Cowboy Slim
Just to let you know how much i love abandoned fathers. It means so much to me as i have been through the same. The song really hits the spot, i would love for you to hear "Song for my children" i wrote it when i was unable to see my kids. IT also hits the spot. Please give it a listen. I would love your thoughts on it. Thankyou for your music!!

Hi Cowboy Slim,
Do you remember a project you was involved in during 2004 called Children First ? The CD dealt with alienated parents and the songs they had wrote for their children. I just wanted you to know your song has now been featured on KSCO Radio 1080 am. I would love to contact you somehow. You can email me at kotaepayne@hotmail.com
Hope to hear from you soon

Hi there,
You are a class act!! Your tone is so reminiscent of all the classic country tunes that I grew up on. And you look the part, too....very cool!!
I wish I could beam you in for one of my Cape Breton Kitchen parties....I bet you melt hearts live!!! :You should be very proud of your craft! CLASSIC!!

"Trinity Lane" is so so true. I am a Nashvillian and that song does say it all!!!

Cowboy Slim,
"Stuff" is terrific - sounds like something right out of the Peter, Paul, and Mary catalogue - except with much more humor. It should be featured on a Volkswagon commercial.

Happy Memorial Day!! I'm just buzzing around some soundclick charts today because veterans of past wars gave their lives so I have the right to do it! I found a good tune for the day on the Rock N' Roll Charts, by the Sulentic Brothers Band, called "Old Glory". It put me in a patriotic mood. I enjoyed what I found of yours on the charts and just wanted to spread the cheer. Keep up the good work!

Slim,
I LOVED your Saturday Morning Cowboy's Lament, this is a great piece. If you ever decide to let anyone cover it, please get in touch with me, as I'd love to put it on an album of Silver Screen tribute songs I'm working on.
BRILLIANT WRITING AND STORYTELLING>>> CHEERS! JON:)
