I got a Roy Rogers guitar with song book for Christmas in 1958. I learned a little and put it aside. In '63 a kid brought his electric guitar to school and played 'Pipeline' at our sock hop. It looked easy, so I started a garage band. Eventually, I needed money for gas and dates, so I got a real job. We disbanded in '66, but best friend, Freddie, and I kept jamming over the years. We recently worked on a song he wrote and it inspired me to write my own music. Please listen and post a mes...
I try to play everything at once--jazz, rock, country, soul--and blend them into something that's none of the above. These songs were recorded on a Hewlett-Packard 8730w mobile workstation, using Sonar Producer 8.5 and X1. Tracking was done with a Yamaha G-50 guitar-midi interface for most of the instruments (except the guitar). I played everything. You can email me if you have any questions.

music from the heart of Texas from the heart of a Texan, country with a southern rock flavor My little experiment with making one of my first animated flash movies a few years ago, an animated aquarium. I added scrolling background, and a scrolling foreground using random plant placements, so it never duplicates the scenery as it plays. More like an underground river than an aquarium. lol, It was fun, but that one took a lot of hard work as I was learning to do all that stuff. My music blog....
