CONNEK's an emcee born to take down commercial fake-ass phony rappers. Bringin it back to true hip-hop with beats that are at the arts truest form along with the lyrics. CONNEK is 19 and currently works out of his home.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I was born in Beverly, MA. Homeless as a baby with my mother, we made it into a small apartment on Porter street living on welfare. Life has been a non-stop struggle, and the only thing keepin my mind in check is the pen and the pad. I got a computer at age 17 and started recording my lyrics. Ever since then I've been spending most my days improving my skillz on track.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I don't play live yet, jus tryin to get known...so peep my shit!

All the underground emcees making a difference. Mr. Lif, Immortal Technique, Benefit, the Rawkus crew, Shabam Saadiq, and the list goes on...
What equipment do you use?
I use an audio-technica mic, a ghetto ass piece of shit computer, and Hip-Hop Ejay for my beats.
