Ambient

Component 48 is a music project which blends 80s dark wave, vocal style inspired by skinny puppy and lycia, industrial bits, ambient and warped samples all into a dark brooding wall of sound, and has been in operation on and off for 16 years so far and i have written and recorded over 350 albums for this project in various forms of dark ambient post punk inspired music. phase 1 and 2 which contain around 20 albums have a number of vocal tracks on each one, but over time this project has developed into an instrumental dark ambient vehicle. phases 3 through 16 are all for the most part instrumental.
Band/artist history
i have been involved in numerous bands and musical projects over the years, and even released a vinly lp back in the day. the last few music projects have been strictly electronic and samples, experimenting with a variety of world samples blended into something completely different. component 48 is a meshing of my love of 80s dark wave and goth with electronics and sampling, with manipulation of sounds to create stark atmospheric landscapes .
