Commander
Commander has a decree of pain that gives the organ thrasher to small children, puts the skullclamp on the elderly, delivers a relentless savage beating to the homeless, performs a massacre at the day care, impales kittens on a wall of swords, and sends handicaps to the fleshgrafter. Commander is the demonic tudor.
