Cold within (former Progressive Acts) started year 2000 by Ronnie Björnström. Cold Within (ex. Progressive Acts) is Ronnies solo project. Usually he plays with EMBRACING, progressive metal legends.
earlier this year Cold Within released a pre-production demo to recordlables only.
in 2006 Cold Within will release there debue album on a smaller lable in Sweden.
