cocaine hit!
Hello, I'm Joel. This is a music project I recently started with the intention of exploring more songwriting with electric guitar and drums. Quite a departure when you consider most all my previous songs were written around a single acoustic guitar and usually recorded live with my voice. Now that I have assembled more of a studio (and instrument collection) I feel I have a lot more options compositionally, and well, I guess you could say it was inevitable I start this. I've been writing music since I was around sixteen. Explored quite a few genres, but more or less landed on the whole indie/post rock thing. More and more I find myself being influenced by some of the great instrumental bands out there, and that has impacted my song writing quite a lot.Have you performed in front of an audience?Not yet, but thats mostly due to my lack of luck in finding bandmates.
