Guitarist/Keyboardist/DJ born and raised in Florida. Clinton adapted to military life with an early fascination in Jazz, Hip Hop and Rap. He began as a DJ for family reunions and started piano when he was just 12 years old. Clinton moved to Tallahassee, FL in August of 1989 where he began performing locally including FAMU (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University) Summer Splash (SchoolKraft). He continues as a guitarist and a DJ for various clubs around the world and currently resides in Arizona. "Songtan Morning" has caught the attention of Mr. Tony Fulkerson, music director of The Weather Channel. "Shes In Love" set Soundclick independent internet charts ablaze making it a Soundclick top 50 hit within 1 weeks of airplay. "AfeaRofLetTinGo" and "Keisha (My Jamaican Princess)" were soon to follow.
Band/artist history
My Dad was my biggest influence. He would always come home from orders with a new instrument. I gravitated to it the most, and just doodled as i always did until i made a sound. The Wave 102.5 was my favorite radio station in the Bay Area (St. Petersburg, Tampa, FL) When I spent time with my father was about the only time i got to listen to it. Eventually, I started purchasing my own gear and built a studio. I made beats with a group called "SchoolKraft" (Florida A&M University) During the FAMU summer splash events. We also performed in Havana, FL with Lorenzo back in the day. I joined the Armed Forces in 1999 and gave my first CD away as a promo wherever I traveled.
