(2) NON-EXCLUSIVE/SEMI-EXCLUSIVE: Price $20 - $200, how does this work? You got the right to use the instrumental for (mixtapes, demos, myspace, etc). However if you used for profit and sell over 1,000 copies you must contact us to work out Your rights cannot be sold or transferred to another person or company. I can still resell the instrumental to any person(s) or company(s).
When a beat is purchased for semi-exclusives you can receive the beat through email or on a data cd...tracked out for studio purposes, whatever format you like.
(3) EXCLUSIVE: Price $250 - $1000(DEPENDING ON BEAT)how does this work?
You will receive a MP3 file of the beat (or song), untagged (free of sound marks) and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a "work made for hire". The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there). The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings.

I, JeniZez, straight from Jerzee. I been producing and sound engineering for about maybe 7 yrs now. I was caught up in da wrong side of things, nah mean. Still faithfully going to church, i had one foot in the world and one in da church. Maa Best friend was doin his thing wit da Streetsweepers and KaySlay on Shade45 and anotha artist I was working wit started doin his thing wit a couple teams and landed some tracks wit the Boondocks DVD....it was just pullin me more and more into my weakness which was pulling me away from Christ, music...but anyway, Eventually I prayed hard that God would lead me the right way. I was like Jonah, I was runnin away. But I found myself back tracking and, one thing lead to another, i dropped everything i had and began to run for the Goal, JESUS. Everything else came in place. I met a cat from Liberty University in VA, Soulwinna from the group the Remnant Inc., when I began in search to do my own mixtape...Christian style. I wasn't even a dj, i just had to get it done. I felt in my hearrt it was needed. Hope for the future. If One out of evry ten kids get touched by a free cd i felt we did our job. But anyway, later that year, he told me he been working up some bangers, he shared them and we had the same vision and ran wit it.
