From a dingy damp Astoria, NY dungeon, “CIRKUS FROM HELL" was born out of pure love of classic horror films, Halloween and guitar driven music that refuses to die.

From a dingy damp Astoria, NY dungeon, “CIRKUS FROM HELL" was born out of pure love of classic horror films, Halloween and guitar driven music that refuses to die.
Since the beginning of CIRKUS FROM HELL, the bands image has changed somewhat since the band was formed due to changing members and new influences, but the drive to make it to the top of the heap is still the same.
A few of the songs Horror themes remains the same, while other songs head in a new direction and strive to remain fresh.

"CIRKUS FROM HELL" is influenced by such metal bands as Disturbed, Slayer, Pantera, Godsmack, Rob Zombie and Ozzy among many others. All this combined brings the unique sound that the band has today.
"CIRKUS FROM HELL" combines having fun with in your face hard rocking music to bang your head to. With a theatrical stage show and a evil clown named Drago running around which adds to the fire of the show.
From when the band formed, it took the band a little over six months to get a manager and a little over a year for the Band to get signed and become a national touring act.
RICK DRAGO concept creator lead guitarist and songwriter has been around the block lending his talents to such bands as D.O.A, Krakatoa, Rosetta Stone and more.
Rick is also endorsed by those companies guitars and gear he uses.
BILLY SMITH adds his prowess and powerful drumming which lays the foundation that helps drive home the fiery riffs of Rick Drago’s thunder.
