Chuck Crowe
Chuck Crowe is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter who is known widely throughout Southern California as a sideman, however, he is currently establishing himself as an artist in his own right. He can be found performing his acoustic-pop show at coffee houses, clubs, bars, colleges, and can openings from San Diego to Santa Barbara.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I'm a veteran of the club scene on both coasts. Now I stay primarily on the West Coast with the occasional visit here, there and everywhere!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Definitely, You can find me throughout Southern California, especially in bars around the beach in Orange County...
Your musical influences
It's such a long list, I can hardly describe my influences. You name it from Elvis Costello to Thin Lizzy, from Blue Oyster Cult to James Taylor, from Kansas to Nickel Creek, from Dixie Chicks to Kate Bush. I've got a little piece of every style that could be remotely described as "Rock", "Country", "Folk", "Jazz", and then some!!!
