I have always been an artist, first as a writer, then as a painter. I was never any good musically, but my influences have always been great, i painted them as a way of paying homage but that soon dissipated after i painted my fiftieth Frank Zappa. Music is now something that i have taken very personally, as i found over too many years that playing other peoples music didnt do it, but if i played my own...it was something totally different. I approach music as i approach a painting, layer upon layer with only an idea in mind, never knowing what the outcome will be.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live, stripped down acoustic at open mics in the bay area, but looking for a band and collaberation.

Frank Zappa, Eno, Adrian Belew, Frank Black, Bowie, Nick Cave, Xtc, Fripp, and Elvis (both of them)
