Christine Sweet Patty is a lovely song with a very satisfying melody. Your vocal style is subtle but very evocative. It brought to my mind harriet wheeler of the sundays, that kind of mature, graceful expression. Dan

I just listened to your song "Sweet Patty". This is the saddest song I ever heard. Wow. I am amazed at how you were albe to convey the emotion of a mother leaving a child and moving on, and the hole thru the heart that it has on the child. The words are so good it is almost as if I can see the song in my mind. Like a painting. I can see the orphan girl standing at the window as the rain drops splash against the glass. She is looking for her mother who will never come. Now it will take me the rest of the day to shake the blues away (and my life is good). Anyways great song. Thanks, mark
